Q1. When will my order be delivered?
A1. If all products are in stock and there are no special orders it will be delivered by 6pm the next day. If your order is in by 11am delivered same day.

Q2. Do I need to be home when you delivery?
A2. No, But you do need to provide a secure area that we can leave your order. It will be completely boxed and sealed for your families protection. During the Winter months it is recommended that all liquids need to be stored in a warm non-freezing area. In the comments area of your order please indicate where you would like the order left. If no special instructions we will leave box by front door.

Q3. Can I just pick up my order?
A3. Yes you are more than welcome to pick up your order. We are located in the Seneca Plaza Strip Mall at NE 14th & Seneca Ave. Across from Arbys Restaurant (3900 North East 14th Street Suite 5) All orders must be either called in or placed online. We will notify you via email when your order is ready to be picked up or you can call also. Select store pick up during checkout.

Q4. Is there a minimum amount I need to purchase to get Free Local Delivery?
A4. Yes, you need to purchase $99 or more to qualify.

Q5. Can I pay by check when the order arrives?
A5. Yes, please make checks payable to Best HCE, Inc. Write your Drivers License number on the face of the check and a Daytime (work) phone number.

Q6. How far do you provide Free Local Delivery?
A6. Free local delivery consists of all of Polk County only.
