Lots of Spa Stuff!

Vast variety of products & nice category selections. You guys are the only place I can find to order my particular LA Spa sock type filter. We are ordering today and plan to order from Spa and Pool Depot in the future. We are members of several other spa supply companies and usually take advantage of their free shipping and handling and discounts. I hope to see more free shipping from ya'll. I am happy to take advantage of your coupons and the gift certificates. We will see how easy the whole process is for ordering and coupon/gift cert. redemption.

Satisfied with the way this company is run

I was checking out prices at spa supply locations online, I registered at Spa and Pool Depot.com, and then left. I wanted to make sure I received the best prices.
So I continued to look around other web sites. But before I returned to Spa and Pool Depot.com to place an order; because they offer the best prices, I received the following email.

Dear Valued Customer,
"Welcome to Spa and Pool Depot. I noticed that you registered on our site but did not purchase anything. I hope we have what you are looking for and if not please let me know personally and I will do my best to get your product for you." [it was signed by the president of the company.]

What a fine way to run a business; I felt like I was getting special treatment. I am impressed at the service, the prices and fast delivery of the order.

Great Site

This site makes it very easy to find just what I wanted and even a few items I didn’t realize I needed for my hot tub. I was even more excited when I found the prices were better than I could find here in town. I was even willing to pay the shipping just so I don’t have to drive anywhere, but I will still be paying less with the shipping and I learned something too! Thank you!
