> ABOUT USWe are a family business, located in Des Moines Iowa. We had a retail store in the Des Moines area for 15 years. Two years ago we did some brain storming about selling our products online. We have customers not just in Des Moines, but we also have several customers up to 3 hours away. When they would drive all that way to buy their chemicals we would usually hear about the long drive. We listened and well we decided why not make it easier for our customers. So November 2006 Spa and Pool Depot dot com was born.
Since we opened our web site we have found out there are several customers nationwide and in Canada in the same boat as some of our customers. So we have branched out our advertising to reach those distant customers who do not have a store to call home. Now we have customers all over the United States and Southern Canada. Since our online business has been so successful and the sales from our retail store had decreased due to the economy and increased competition we made a heartfelt decision to close our retail store. However, we are still providing excellent customer service and product knowledge to our new and previous customers. One thing that has not and will not change is our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
